Manager lied. After having over $1000 worth of items stolen from my unit within 2 weeks, he then tells me there is no video cameras watching my unit BECAUSE ITS BY THE BACK FENCE, where it would be needed most. When I made a POLICE REPORT, they mentioned that storage is notorious for being broken into. He forgot to mention that as well or I would have went somewhere else. I had 2 locks on my unit and he told me they recommend not doing that or someone may think there is something valuable in there. DUH IDIOT. Then he tells me this AFTER I got ripped off. He calls me 1/2 hour before close and tells me my locks are gone. I said I'm on my way and I got there at 10 minutes to 5 and he was already closed to avoid me. (They close the office at 5) Another lady who pulled in when I was loading up what remained of my belongings, she said she also got the same call at the same time. I called the manager to try and get a refund and they told me they would have the owner call me. Still waiting for that call. This really hurt me because one item was a rare tube amplifier I will never be able to replace. Im guessing there is a crew of theifs that live behind in Twin City and they make regular rounds through here. One would think they would beef up security and actually have cameras covering all the units but anybody can come from behind, climb the fence and spend hours there and nobody would know except the victim the next day. Im still sick about this. They will now re-rent my unit to the next unsuspecting, mislead person. I cant believe they are taking peoples money. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST AND SPREAD THE WORD. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND LIARS.
