Update: I got a called back from Jett, not sure he is the owner but he apologized and that's all I really wanted. For them to just be more careful next time, and not to put the blame on the customer but to take responsibility.
Took our van to get it align and they called me there were other problems. Well, they forgot to put the bolt in. They closed and we didn't get a chance to let the know. I return to let them know and mechanic acted like it wasn't a big deal. I was very disappointed with the service because an accident could have happened. We use the van to travel to farmers market, and we could've had a car accident. They should always double check to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happened again.
