Terrible management, Treat their employees like 100% trash. I would never recommend working here, or having Dish Installed.

I had one of their technicians install a new Hopper 3. He left at 5:20 in the evening and hadn't transferred my DVR movies and shows to the new Hopper 3. I called right after he left and Dish said that they would get a hold of the technician in the morning to retrieve our DVR recordings from the box that was taken the night before. Since the company was closed when i called right after the technician left. I fogured it would be ok. I called at 8 am the next morning to get the box back and Dish called Blue Sky Satellite company to get the box. Blue sky called and said it had been processed already and is long gone. Thats a lie. Its easy to tell someone that , so that you dont have to do any work. Then the lady on the phone at blue sky, said that it is my job to transfer the recordings. Not the technicians job. I asked her why the previous technicians had done the tranfer ? She didnt answer me. I said there is no way the box is already processed and gone. She said they do that at 6 in the morning. But the technician said that they do that at 8 in the morning. This place is a f#@$ing joke. Horrible service and don't even deserve 1 star. See their reviews for yourself.
