Horrible. Went in for caramel coffee frappe i was the only one in line, took seven minutes for them to take my order. Then add i stood there waiting the Lady behind me was given the wrong change. The cashier argued rudely told the customer she was old and didn't know how to count. I watched as order after order was handed out, before someone in back asked me what i was waiting for. When i did get my coffee frappee it wasn't made correctly when i mentioned this to the cashier she said it will still taste the same. Well it doesn't . the cashier told me it does and walked away talking about me to the other cooks. Then laughed at me.
