First bad roommate experience. Second maintenance issues. Third I am very unhappy with how they proceed to charge me $875 after I move out. For instance they charge me $400 for my bedroom carpet that was clean when i left. I feel like they just wanted to keep my deposit. The apartment wasnt in perfect condition roomate wouldnt clean and stuffs but i do know my carpet was clean so charging me $400 was a way too much. As i said above maintenance didnt show up to fix all the time. I won't have any deposit back and its really frustrating when my deposit was double ($600)
