Sequence of the night:
-Order 2 pizzas, that's it, at 5:20 PM
-6 PM delivery time passes by, call them at 6:20PM
-Spend 5 minutes on the phone of them insisting they cooked them already, but have no idea where they delivered them
-Told replacement pizzas will be here in 30 minutes after I have to tell them my address (doesn't the Web order do this for you?)
-7PM rolls around, nothing
-Spend the next 20 minutes calling, no one answers.
-7:30PM (over 2 hours later) resign to finding something to feed the household a very late dinner
This isn't the first.time the staff here has screwed up, but this is a new low. I'll be contacting corporate, since I can't trust that you will actually refund my money - and never ordering from you again.
