Was not impressed by their apartments nor their ridiculous prices for rent and that's not including a garage!! I ended up buying a 3 BR townhome with an attached 2 car garage for 1/2 the cost LESS PER MONTH in What cost they wanted in rent. And for that LESS 1/2 the cost I get to own my home, not pay for somebody else's HOME/LOAN payment.
