Des Moines Drain & Sewer

Called and was told the guy would be out between 11:00 and 1:00. At 1:00 I called them and asked what was up. Was called back at 1:30 and told to meet the guy there in 15 minutes (I had to drive home from work). At 2:30 I called the office again and asked where the guy was. A few minutes later he called me and said he had the wrong phone number and he was on his way. Hmmmm. He had my address and confirmation that I was going to be there. Why would a phone number matter? When I asked where he was coming from, he said the next town over. He hadn't even started to come my way. My time is valuable too. I cancelled the service call.
