31/2 BR two story. I could go on forever, from walls not level, wall plates don't fit flush against walls, cheapest materials in the marketplace, keys get stuck in door locks, can't get screens out of windows, leaking water heater, leaking water meter, had to replace outdoor faucet, drywall and beads cracking, second story floor makes noise, all of the doors are warped...I could go on and on. They cut a third off of one of the wall plates because they obviously couldn't read a blue print. The quality of workmanship HORRIBLE. They also lied about returning in a year to do another walk through to make sure everything was okay. Rude at the top. I actually want to put a minus before the star.
