Got 6 orders in a row of SUPER OVER BURNT cheese balls. They're not cheap to begin with and these babies melted through the to-go containers into a burnt ball of cheese-less breading and styrofoam in the bottom of my bag. After telling them (which I never do!) the next time I came in-- the guy waiting tables had no reaction at all. Dry, blank, faced, he didn't even apologize. Booo. The only local place we order to go from and no longer will after the money gone more than once and no offer to make it right. Too bad. When they get it right the food is pretty good.
That being said, I've dined in a handful of times, the fish is great. But if you want cheese that's not skizzeled... get mozzarella sticks.
