Checked in on line. Said 5 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes later and gal said 15 to 20 minutes and there were 3 people ahead of me. I said no thank you and as I walked out heard her making rude comments behind my back that it's an estimated wait. Will never come back to Cobblestone Great Clips. The Great Clips on Ashworth has amazing service and will stick w/ that one.
