Holiday Inn & Suites Council Bluffs-I-29

Overall nice hotel. Must have been newly remodeled. The fact it has a walkway to the casino is also a huge plus. Price was good as well. Not that this is a huge factor, but I found it odd our bathroom didn't have a fan. Made for a very steamy humid area to get ready in the morning.

I am currently in the room on the 5th floor. The room is creaking at a consistent noticeable audible. I thought it was the folks above but there is no one above me. I an going to post a video recording after. The cleaning crew has been at it since 7 something and slamming doors. They are now listening to some catchy music while they clean at 910. Can I open my door and play music for the entire hallway to hear? Between the structural mishaps of creaking rooms caused by the wind according to the front desk and lively cleaning it has not been restful. Room service was also lacking and the pool is under construction. Positives are consistent with corporate Holiday Inn standards.
