Their advances are a scam they lie to get you in the office and stick you with a 400 dollar bill. Hr block lobbys against free tax preperation. Used them for multiple years and after this year will no longer. Why would I pay 400 dollars for something you can do online for a couple dollars or even free? Stay away!!
