I went here and my perception of the university has soured. I was on a national merit scholarship (free tuition, room and board) and they tried to usher me out in 3 years, rather than 4. I tried to get internships, but I was always told I needed to be in more extracurriculars, despite having a 3.64 GPA. I was able to get an entry level job after graduating, but after I was fired from that job, I haven't been able to find a real college-degree job since. I feel that my Chemical Engineering B.S. degree is worthless. The curriculum hasn't changed since 1910. 6 years after graduating from ISU and I can only get jobs that require a high school diploma. I literally would have been better off becoming a truck driver right out of high school.
