Last Tuesday morning I schedule a hair appointment for Friday at 10am, I walked into the salon Friday morningn ready to get my hair done. No lt lony was the stylist off that day but I didnt even have any appointments in the computer. I was highly upset and I think that last that set my appointment on Tueaday April 24th should be held acocountable, I havent even made an apponment since. I always hear ablut how unorganized JC Pennys appointment settinng is and it is also unorofessional.

I loved the lady who did my hair she took her time and I told her my bad hair past and told her to make sure she did it right and I was really unsure the whole time she was doing my hair like I had a feeling she wassnt doing something right but she got done and asked me if I wanted my hair curled and I said yes sure and it looked awesome but the next day I washed my hair to get all the products she put in my hair out I blow dried it and straighten it and it looks so choppy now it looks so bad I balled my eyes out for like an hour straight. I very upset and we’re calling back to see if they can do something about it and fix it. But I’m not spending another dollar there.
