I went in looking for the part I thought I needed to fix my washer. Instead of just selling me the part, Ken started asking me questions about the issue. Gave me some ideas to try that didn't require any parts. I went home after talking to him and was able to fix the problem for free! I will definitely buy all of my appliance parts from them. Also-they have the trays to go under your coils on your electric stove top cheaper than Lowe's.

Very helpful over the phone and showed genuine concern for my issue in finding a discontinued part. Will definitely recommend to friends for great service!
