Normally I go into this Kum and Go and the staff are great and friendly. Today I went in and got an empty cup and a cup with hardly any ice in it and the General Manager charged over a dollar for both cups. Technically you are only supposed to charge for a cup of ice. But to charge me for an empty cup is just rediculous.
