Matress Firm has been really great so far and I really am happy I purchased my bed from them. From working in customer service, I always remember that people are humans and therefore not perfect. A true test of a company is how they deal with those errors.
A paperwork error was made and my delivery was missed. The next day I had 2 people call and aplogize, one being one of owners who was in a completely different store. He made me feel my business was valued more than any business has done for me in a long time. The made an error, they admitted it and they made it right. When was the last time a company did that for you?
I've been very impressed and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Great deals, great people, great company. No I wasn't paid for this review I am just that impressed :)
