Company policies here are very customer-friendly. On a few occasions I have taken various vehicles here just to have the scanner plugged in to read a check engine light code. Every time I've had to do this I have saved money on mechanics bills, and gained understanding of what my vehicle was actually up to. The only thing holding back a 5-star rating is that sometimes they are staffed with younger guys who have very limited mechanical knowledge. All in all, for a parts place, they are serving their customers very well.
