I was missing a diamond in my engagement ring. Since the wedding bands were purchased there (not the engagement ring) I thought I would take it there to be fixed, since there was no warranty from the place my husband bought the engagement ring. When I brought it in, I was told it would take two weeks and be ready for pickup December 5th, since it’s the holidays it would take longer. It is now December 9th and I have no ring. I have called almost daily to inquire about it and each time I am given the run around saying it will be in that same day, but their jeweler hasn’t stopped by yet (which I am told could vary between 10am-9pm). I will not be taking my ring back to Rogers when I get it back and I will not be making any future purchases there.
