Amazing products and great prices, however if you are sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke this place smells like it constantly from some of the associates (or managers) that work here. Now, I understand some people have to smoke, so it's nothing against them personally, but as a business you need to be aware of how you could be driving potential customers away with the stench of cigarette smoke. I personally cannot stand the smell as it makes me nauseous and cough even from just the odor of it. Not only that, but the store manager (yes, you heard that correctly) was talking about customers behind their backs after they left. A different associate told her "There's a customer in here right now" (Referring to me) and the store manager just said "I don't care, she wasn't the weird customer I was just referring to!" So, if you would like to be talked about by the store manager herself when you leave and smell cigarette smoke the entire time you are here, this is the perfect place to go. Otherwise, the products are great. If I can, I will probably start heading over to a Des Moines Sally's Beauty Supply. It'll be well worth it for me. Have a great day!
