By far the best dealership I have ever worked with, sales wise, maintenance wise, and customer service wise, etc. I went in with a blind eye, knew what I wanted, and James Gooch helped me out from start to finish! They say car salesmen are always out to get you, but I can easily assure you that James and the other guys as Smart, are not like that. He was easy to talk with and relate to. I had a problem with my AC a year after I bought my car. (14’ Corolla S) and my certified warranty had expired. But thank goodness for the Extended warranty. Yes, Toyota’s shouldn’t have any problems, but you can’t predict the future. I went in nervous about if the claim would go through, and it did. Victor in service was just as great. All around great place to get a car, and to get it fixed. A+
