This rating has nothing to do with this location. Its more Sprint over all. I have been a customer for 11 years and when I tried to renew contract it was the most convoluted process. It was such a bad experience I decided to wait and now I am considering Verizon because it has better coverage. Im sure the customer service is just as bad but my calls drop all the time when I use cell at home. I
