So the reason I gave this subway 1 star is because the customer service was terrible. My mother-in-law and I went through the drive through. When we got home we noticed we didn't have any toppings on our subs. We drove all the way back and waited in the long line inside when we got to the counter I nicely told the young lady that we didn't receive our toppings. She then called over who I assume to be the manager (no name tags). That lady (Brandy, I had to ask for her name) proceeded to print something off from the drive through and said to us "there's a reason you review your order" in a snooty tone. And she said it again as she was walking away. My mother-in-law asked nicely to have hers reheated and 'Brandy',with a lot of anger, put the sub into the toaster. When she took it out she slammed it down on the veggie line. When she wrapped up her sub she clearly saw that a meatball rolled off the sub but she just continued to wrap the sandwich. We said, nicely, one of the meat balls rolled off. Brandy huffed, rolled her eyes and then went to get another meat ball. I thanked the young lady that was being nice and then we left. That was the worst experience I had ever had at subway. As far as toppings go I don't think anyone is at fault or maybe I didn't do the touch screen right(it's new and I'm still new to it) But when I went in and NICELY told her the situation there was no reason for her to behave that way to a customer especially in front of a store full of customers.
