We were greeted at the front desk by an unprofessional individual. She complained to me how tired she was because of how late she was out the night before. She also was wondering what wedding party we were with and if we were supposed to get a gift bag from the couple- as i was supposed to know. She had a dozen of them but forgot which wedding party guests she was supposed to give them to. We got our room keys and were greeted by the wonderful smell of mold when we walked into our room. I found mold on the curtains so i decided to open the room window to air our room out while we were at the wedding. Other than those details my stay was acceptable. I decided to give two stars because other than the mold on the curtains, our room was relatively clean, the bed sheets were clean, the towels were clean, and they let us check in early. I have stayed at some much better Super 8s for far lower nightly rate. Next time though I will stay at one of the other places in town.
Hair on pillows, hair on hair dryer, fire alarm battery tray open with no battery in it, wash cloth from prior guest hanging on shower curtain when I closed the curtain and more. The only positive was the night clerk was friendly. Do not stay here. $85+ dollars wasted. I should have went to country inn & suites and paid the $130 and got a clean proper room
