The bartender tried, but the cook...I ordered a medium steak, that's hot pink center in every other part of the world, except here. The first steak was a charcoal briquet, second was...not just over cooked but so over cooked that when I flew out of the Omaha airport the next day, I had to subject myself to a cavity search because they thought I was hiding plastic explosive in my colon. My recommendation would be that its Bass Pro Shops...not an actual restaurant. My fault thinking I would get decent food. Good thing there was beer.
