NO FEES!! I went to Wells Fargo before U.S. Bank and walked out when they listed off all the fees. I don't want to give any of my money to Bank of America, Wells Fargo or any other of the greedy S.O.B.s that got us into our current GLOBAL financial mess. A score of 3 for me is reserved for incredible experiences. The poor reviews concerning customer service are kind of funny, must be an employee of a competitor. If I have a problem (which I haven't yet) I'm often smart enough to figure it out for myself or persistent enough to get results and answers.
