I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, Cheese Curds, and a Chocolate Shake. My Chocolate Shake arrived 5min before my food, the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was cold, didn't even melt the cheese. I sent it back, and received a similar, yet slightly warmer sandwich, the chopped lettuce tasted old, and had a "rusty" color. I'm not impressed at all with A&W. I'm sure it has more to do with the timing of the cook than anything, but didn't live up to a standard.
