I had 11 items in my cart. Waited patiently to check out. When I did there was no ONE behind me. The cashier rang up one of my items twice. Thank goodness I checked my receipt before I left the store. 20 seconds later as I was walking away I told the cashier about the error. She responded " I double rang you? You'll have to get in that line. She was pointing to the customer service line which was 6 people deep. SHE made a mistake and I must get on ANOTHER line!! I got in the line, waited 5 mins, and asked for a manager. Did the cashier apologize for inconveniencing me? Of course not. How long did the mgr take to arrive? Too long. Good old Walmart. Even 2x a year is too often to shop there!
