Absolutely terrible and appalling service. My sister went here to purchase her wedding gown and the staff here is very immature and incompetent. Every time we went in, it seemed to get worse. My sister ultimately decided to order her gown here because it was closer to home and slightly cheaper than other salons. After a couple of appointments and falling in love with the dress, she decided to purchase it. We were standing at the front desk ordering the gown and Lena, the manager, had to pull up the dress on the computer because she had lost all of the paperwork (for the second time). She looked at the dress and called it ugly- directly to my sister's face. We were shocked. My sister had already given them her credit card and did not say anything because there were multiple brides in there and did not want to cause a scene. The more she thought about it, the more upset she got. She reached out to the store to ask for her money back. Lena told her that she never put the order in to the designer but still charged the credit card (this was a week later after she finally got back to her). After some fight and still no apology, the money was returned. If I could give this place less than a 1 star, I would. I would not recommend to anyone. I now understand why the dresses are slightly cheaper- to make up for the lack of service. Definitely not worth saving a couple hundred of dollars.
