Outback Steakhouse

No hot water in the men's restroom. I ask about it every time I go back and they always tell me it just broke and they will have it fixed soon. I don't think they care if it gets fixed but I hope the employees have a better place to wash their hands than the customers do. Had to ask for silverware and napkins after our food was delivered so that we didn't have to eat with our fingers and the bread knife. Didn't get offered a refill until my food was half eaten and I went up and stood at the bar with my empty glass. It had been empty since before the food was brought out. Had to ask for my wife's drink again because it didn't show up before the food. It had been sitting on the bar and forgotten about. The food was good. Hands down the worst experience I've had at Outback
