East Des Moines Dental

Just left that office the same way I came in. They said they accept my insurance but yet didn't even look in my mouth! Face swollen, pain going into my nose and my cheek bone for 2 days also been on antibiotic. They did NOTHING to comfort me. I've been taking 800 mg ibouprhen with Tylenol and its getting worst! Nurse asked me if i was on any meds and i told her yes but they are not working!!! I over heard her tell the dentist "I asked for something stronger and she told me sorry all we do is ibouprhen as well" that was a LIE!! I never once asked for anything stronger!!! I simply answered her question following that it wasn't helping!!!! She took my words and told the doctor a complete LIE! When the doctor came in he started telling me he does no proscribe perkisets?!?!?! I dont even know what types are why would i ever ask for them!?!?!?!?! They are the worst dentist in des moines Iowa and think that every patient in pain wants some type of narcotics!!!! When thats not the case for everyone!!! I'm very upset and will be making a review everyday for the next few week as long as I'm still in pain!!!
