Stopped in on our way through town on a Sunday afternoon. My family and I (4 people) were the only people in the entire place, other than the staff that were up at the bar on their cell phones most of the time. Waited 50 minutes to get our food, two orders were only chicken strips and french fries. The other two were philly sandwiches, one with french fries and the other with fried potatoes. (Only ended up with fried potatoes because the waitress told us they were "like steak fries".) Food was average, pop was flat, service was bad. When we asked the waitress about the food taking so long she sent out the manager who only made excuses and threw the waitress under the bus by saying she didn't put the order through right away. Then it was the cook's fault for not seeing the order because she was busy doing something else, and then it was our fault for ordering the fried potatoes, that we didn't really want in the first place, because they take much longer. Never once did we get an apology. Just excuses. They offered us a free dessert "to share". Then when we finally got the bill it was wrong. Took another 10 minutes to fix that. Ended up with a $5 discount in the end. Bloody Mary was extremely over priced at $7.50 and tasted basically like tomato juice with a stale pickle. I completely understand this kind of a wait if it were a busy Saturday night, but we were the only people there! There were at least 2 waitresses, a manager, and a cook and never once was anyone concerned about getting us our order. Only came out after we asked about it and were ready to pay for our drinks and leave.
