If you're thinking about using this place to store your things, I would highly recommend you keep thinking. I had a unit there for over 4 years. One month my credit card expired. I was literally one day late giving them the new expiration date for them to take my payment, and I was charged a late fee that was more expensive than my monthly due, in addition to my monthly due. Over 4 years of giving them my business, and paying on time every month, and they couldn't let being one day late, because my card expired slide. In addition to the fee, I also got the amazing experience of their employee acting like I was crazy for even asking if they could waive the fee for the one day. When I finally went to get all of my things to move into the house I built, I found bite marks on my couch, two of my dining room chairs, some of my boxes and the things within, etc. I then had to deal with someone from Royale again, to which they claimed zero responsibility. Actually, when I went in to talk to someone, the person ahead of me in line was arguing with them, because they had put one of their locks on her unit. I have no idea if this move was well deserved or not, but what I do know, is these are not the type of people you want to be able to make that kind of decision. Once you sign a contract for one of their units, they have your things, and they act like it.
