Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I was looking to cancel my membership, and called March 25th to do so. Apparently, you have to physically go into the location to do this. I was available April 3rd to do this, and to my surprise a $41 annual fee was charged two days prior. Why I was made unaware of this when I called? I have no clue. To make things worse, the manager will not refund the $41 that was charged to my account. I explained “if I knew about the fee, I obviously would have come in earlier, right?” She shook her head and said “well I don’t know.” OBVIOUSLY I $41 DOES NOT JUSTIFY 2 DAYS FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP. I called the cooperate office, and they said there’s nothing I can do. Absolutely terrible. I will never recommended, and certainly will never step foot into another PF. Terrible customer service. Kim is the manager, and she is a joke.
