Ordered a pizza online and was charged the full amount. When I didn't receive my order, I called and was told that they had no record of such payment. I clearly had it on my bank statement on my phone. I was told I would have to pay to get the pizza I already paid for and wait till the next day to get refunded for the charge. Most places would do their best to do right by their customers, but I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them with my situation. I have no problem with Casey's as a whole, but would advise people to avoid this location
